This policy explains what Medhus Enterprises, LLC ("Medhus Enterprises", "we") collects through this website and through the Medhus Enterprises Assistant Line, the text-message line at (713) 597-7419, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your mobile phone number, when you text the assistant line.
- The content of the messages you send us, and anything you choose to tell us in them, such as your name, your company and the reason you are writing.
- The date and time of each message.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page and time) for security.
How we use it
- To reply to you and to pass your message to Lukas Medhus.
- To remember the conversation, so you don't have to repeat yourself.
- To honor opt-out requests and keep the line secure, for example by limiting abuse.
We do not send marketing or promotional messages on the assistant line.
Who processes it for us
We use two service providers, only to run the assistant line:
- Twilio delivers the text messages.
- Anthropic provides the AI model that writes the assistant's replies. It receives the text of the conversation in order to write each reply.
Both act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own marketing.
Text messaging and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent or trade your phone number or your messages.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message from the assistant line and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
How long we keep it
We keep conversation records only as long as we need them to handle your inquiry and keep the line working. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
Security
Messages are stored on a server we control, reached only over encrypted connections.
